Joint Ventures In Land Ltd was set up by our founder David Williams to offer land owners a different experience when it comes to selling their land; a process where the land owners' needs are prioritised, and all options are discussed and considered.
Not your traditional developer, Joint Ventures In Land Ltd treats the land owner as a partner, taking into account what they would like to see from the development. With our approach of treating land owners as a Joint Venture partner, we create an agreement that works for all parties and takes into account individual circumstances at the time of talking.
We are happy to engage in a joint venture with landowners on a range of bases. Options can include developing the land together, an offer subject to planning permission being granted, or, where speed is of the essence, an unconditional offer.
Each offer is customisable, tailored towards the land owners individual needs from initial consultations. We also let land owners have their say to ensure there is a community led approach to the project. This can range from input towards the development’s name, or towards what is built, or perhaps a desire for a carbon zero development for example. We start the process by identifying plots of land within an hour’s commute of London, which have a strong chance of gaining planning permission. We then contact the land owner to see if they are interested in our proposition and the various options that could be pursued.
Working with our planning team we assess the plot's full potential before talking through the various options available to the land owner. Our goal is to become the ‘go to’ company for those in the Greater London & surrounding area, looking for
